About this house rental
Fantastic light-filled and cozy vacation home in the center of Cómpeta, with many possibilities to spend a wonderful family vacation. The house offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and is located within walking distance of a natural park.
It has 3 SZ and 2 BZ and is distributed over 2 floors: on the first floor there is a large bright living room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. From the living room you have access to 2 spacious bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a staircase that leads us to the second floor where we find a separate bathroom, a bedroom and a beautiful terrace with excellent views where we can find a lot of rest and relaxation. From the living room you have access to a covered dining room, several terraces around the house and a 4x8m pool.
The view from the gardens is incredible, you can see beautiful mountains, the sea and Morocco on a clear day. There are terraces on different levels, including the pool, and behind the house there is a terrace with the most beautiful view.
The accommodation is located in a suburb which is within walking distance from the city, where you can find excellent gastronomic options. The property has a parking space and faces south, which guarantees incredibly beautiful sunsets.

The villa is set in a elevated position at the very top of the stunning village of Competa. Just a five minute walk away is a bar and a supermarket which is well stocked. The villa itself is perfect for families and couples alike. There is a/c is the upstairs bedroom and the main downstairs room but not in the 2 smaller bedrooms. My only small concern was that the pool pumps didn't run during the day, so we had a constant battle keeping it clear of flies, this could be easily remedied and it wouldn't keep me from booking again. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Competa and we will be back there soon!

Amazing house, amazing views, very clean. Very well equipped kitchen, the house has everything you need. Wonderful outside area with a big pool. Short walk to town (bit of a climb back up).
Would recommend and come back, thank you!
