The location is very good. The apartment itself is nice and bright.
There was a problem with the hot water - the hot water starts then suddenly it becomes cold then very hot again and so on. We wrote to the host and he sent someone to fix it while we were not there. Afterwards the shower was working but the problem persisted in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen there was no warm water at all. I saw (too late unfortunately) comments from other guests about it and that's why I give only 6 stars - the host knows about the problem and hasn't fixed it.
There were also ants.
You can find a better place for this money, I wouldn't come back.
