The check in went smoothly. The location was nice. There was one bed and a sofa bed. The size of the apartment was good. Overall it was an ok stay, except for the flooded bathroomfloor.
We were booked in another apartment and just before check-in, last minute, we were informed that we had to live in another apartment due to renovations. The host kept on writing (the communication was via e-mails) that this was an upgrade and that we should be grateful. That was the tone/ attitude in every e-mail from the host. The drainage to the shower did not work so the entire floor in the bathroom was flooded after a shower the first day. This was dealt with first after two long e-mails the following afternoon and the host then said that there was nothing wrong with the drainage! There was hardly no hot water the first day. The utensils in the kitchen were worn-out. It was very noisy at nights because of the location in the old city.
