Ixia Dream hotel - Adults only

I cannot fault this hotel. It is simply excellent. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Relaxed laid back atmosphere which we like. No noisy kids.

The hotel was excellent in every way, perfect location on the pebble beach, and a short walk into the village, which had a range of restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes. Our room had spectacular views from the balcony, and we enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and evening meals in the restaurant at the hotel. The absolute best part was the people, Nico, the owner, was always kind and helpful, and inordinately proud of the fruit and vegetables grown organically on site, we will not forget one night seeing him pick some peppers from the garden within feet of where we sat, and having them served up on our plate a few minutes later. Many thanks to Panos, Tony, Rodrigues, Evi and Irene to mention a few, but all the staff were equally great. We will undoubtedly return.

Nothing we didn’t like, but a small observation from the wife, was the requirement to have a good quality make up mirror in the room, an essential part of the getting ready to go out process!

Staff very welcoming, genuinely friendly and helpful. Great tips on what to visit around the island and arranging our car hire. A superbly quiet beach with bar service. A highly recommended stay.

The location was perfect with everything on the doorstep. The owner and all the staff were fabulous and did everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice.
