Tiffany was quick to respond with any questions I had about the property. Neighborhood was quiet and location of property was within 15 to 20 mins of most things: beach, grocery, shopping, etc. House was also spacious and very comfortable.

The house is great but the backyard and pool is awesome. The backyard has very little shade but the mornings and evenings outside were a treasure. We had five adults in our group and the set up of the house worked great. Tiffany was great with prompt response to any questions we had as well as her letting us know of any issues we needed to be aware of. It was an awesome week at this property.

We stayed here with work colleagues when we were in the area. Everything was fine and the pool was a bonus although a little cold!

Hands down Tiffany was super helpful and fast at communicating.
However the people maintaining the home is not doing their job.
Disappointed at the fact I rented a house with a pool and couldn’t use it all week. The pool was full of algae and green all week long.
That was the biggest let down especially since we paid extra to have a pool.
However when the hvac stopped working the host had someone out there the same night to fix the unit. The layout and amount of bedrooms worked perfect for our large family.
The beach wasn’t as close as we thought and renting a golf cart for this area is useless.
We enjoyed St. Pete beach more then any area and that was about a 30/40min drive.
