A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. With the property's convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 4-minute drive to Citadelle de Calvi or the 4-minute drive to Corsica Beaches.

After you return to this 1238-sq-ft villa, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), chill by the heated pool, or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Wir (6 Personen von jung bis alt) haben Mitte Oktober sehr entspannte anderthalb Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Wetter war sonnig, fast sommerlich warm (20-25 Grad) und das Meer mit 21-22 Grad noch sehr angenehmen zum Baden. Morgens und abends konnten unsere Kinder zu Ihrer Freude zusätzlich noch in dem beheizten Schwimmbad baden. Unsere Reise im Herbst empfanden wir auch deswegen als gelungen, da Calvi und Umgebung schon relativ leer waren, während die meisten Geschäfte noch offen waren. Das Haus auf zwei Etagen ist ganz neu, gut ausgestattet, gut durchdacht und um die Wohn-/Essküche/Terrasse organisiert. Die Lage oberhalb der Stadt ist ruhig und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Zitadelle und die Bucht von Calvi, vor allem interessant an den Tagen an denen die Fallschirmspringer des 2. REP der Fremdenlegionäre trainieren; ein echtes Spektakel. Das Haus ist zwar nahe genug am Stadtzentrum, ein Auto ist dennoch nötig. Der Empfang von Isabel war sympathisch und sehr nützlich. Kurz, wir haben dort eine sehr angenehme Zeit verbracht.
