Having to have a PIN to unlock the key. This motel is not in a big city, and the owner/manager lives onsite.

Cleanliness, area nice.
Adjoined house, internal doors only inbetween, could hear talking and snoring and coughing thru door.
No cooktops, no sharp knives. No aircon.
