So unacceptbale that we left and found somewhere else.

Nothing. We didn't even end up staying here. We booked another hotel instead.

The owner had agreed to provide the keys at 1700. He notified us that he would be at 1715. He arrived some ten minutes later. Note that we had to park illegally so as to be in the area of the appartment. He provided a bunch of keys that was clearly owned by someone else (lots of keys when we on ly needed two), showed us the appartment and dissapeared as quickly as he could. He told us there was no wifi. He did not collect the local tourist tax. There was no double bed in the appartment. In fact the bed was a single bed with a pull out mattress for the other partner which was on the floor. The appartment consisted of a kitchen (n ot well equipped), a toilet and bathroom and a small room with bed, sofa and table etc. This room was about 10m2. We moved our baggage up to room and decided it was not for us. We immediately booked another hotel. We told the owner that we had put the keys back and he was surprised. Parking in the town is difficult. You can park for max 2 hours on the streets (as a tourist), afterwards 35 EUR. There are other parking places (which we found by luck).

UNE BONNE ADRESSE À ST BRIEUC

Très bien équipé, dans toutes les pièces, tout est propre, neuf et de bonne qualité, dont, important la literie. Parking près de la résidence, gratuit de 19 h à 9 h 30, ce qui le rend gratuit dans ce délai. Logement près de la gare, à 10 minutes maximum à pied.

Le ménage à la fin du séjour, mais, il n y a pas de frais de ménage, donc évidemment, il faut rendre le logement tel qu à l' arrivée ! Dans un petit logement où l on n'était pas présents dans la journée, c est facile...

Quartier général idéal pour 1 voyageur qui veut randonner sur le GR34 avec les transports en commun

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la gare SNCF et routière (10' à pied), qui me permettait d'explorer une partie différente de la côte chaque jour. Le coin cuisine permet de se préparer des repas simples et de pallier le manque d'offres intéressantes de restauration au centre-ville de Saint-Brieuc. Nombreux espaces de rangement dans le logement. Laverie automatique, boulangerie et commerces sont tous dans un rayon de 10' à pied. Le centre ville historique est également à quelques minutes à pied seulement.

J'aurais aimé disposer d'un rouleau de papier essuie-tout et d'un produit lave-mains dans la cuisine. Un étendoir pliant serait aussi un plus.

Très bien placé, proche de la gare et du centre. Parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple. Un propriétaire attentionné. Et des dosettes de café ! C'est le petit plus qui fait bien plaisir.

Un peu bruyant le soir (pas de chance les voisins faisaient une fête ce soir là), ça ne m'a pas gêné mais quelqu'un sensible aux bruits aurait pu l'être, une paire de boules quies règle le problème.

Situation idéale à cinq minutes de la gare et du centre-ville. Très calme (pas de bruit pendant la nuit). Propriétaire sympa.

Il n’y avait pas de ciseaux dans le matériel de cuisine.
