Very clean. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Very friendly staff. Transfer service available at your discretion for an extra charge. Very good recommendations given by the staff about activities and food and drink. 5 minute walk to a supermarket and lovely Greek bakeries. 15 minute walk into Fira. Buses available into Fira also. There is a small bar in the hotel with good value drinks available. Breakfast is available for an extra charge

The attentiveness of the staff is absolutely amazing! The personalized welcome really made us feel special! Location was great! So many great areas just walking distance and the bus stop distance from the hotel was about 3 mins walking.
The 2 nights we stayed there was a very loud sudden noise of what it seemed was a door being shut closed. It made us jump everytime. Other than that everything was amazing!
