Relatively quiet
A bit cramped, but there was only 2 of us, would have preferred a single sofa & a small dining table, but we managed, so not a major problem we enjoyed our

great location and very cosy, everything that I needed was there.
it needed a good clean, a lot of cobwebs everywhere and a good hoover up, and under the sofas.
