Posizione della casa: ottima parcheggio in zona: ottimo a giugno ospitalità del host Stefano: ottima++ terrazza con vista: super grandezza delle stanze: ottima rapporto qualità prezzo: ottima considerando la posizione, 3° piano senza ascensore e servizi
da apportare qualche miglioria ad alcuni servizi: box doccia che perde acqua e bisogna pulire sempre per non scivolare, pressione acqua calda bassa con doccia fredda (d'estate è una delizia), canali digitali TV saltano, acqua arancione dal bagno (dovrebbe non uscire a fine lavori del comune?), servono riduzioni per i vari oggetti come boiler, ferro da stiro, phon, stendino claudicante/non stabile, padelle/tegami un po' consumati
