House was older but remodeled and in great shape-trash about outside due to animals and parking was not great for 4 motorcycles on such a steep hill but we managed gracefully. Overall house great-host great and my friends were comfortable and satisfied. Adam was excellant in his communication about all and was easy to reach-highly recommend
Steep hill for parking motorcycles-almost lost two but was able to keep from heavy touring bikes tipping

Plenty of room for party and loved the front poarch setting.
Parking area was a bit challenging for bikes but nothing an experienced rider couldn't overcome.

Location was scenic,we watched 4 deer in front of the house 1 evening
The house was not ready for the 1st night stay. The host found another location for us. We were in Tazewell for a funeral and wanted to use the house for a location for family to meet together. Family had to meet at McDonalds because house was not ready until mid afternoon of the 2 day.
