The location was very convenient and I enjoyed being able to sit in the very small garden in the sunshine.

I found the key box very difficult to operate. The house was very cool, which in the summer this year was an advantage, but I'm not sure it would be in winter and my daughter mentioned that she felt that the sheets in her room were damp.

We liked the spaciousness, the gardens, kitchen was lovely. 2 bathrooms were lovely. Location great Lots of outdoor space Loved the gift of Welsh cakes and milk

Location. It’s very convenient for the local eateries and shops and for getting about in the national park. It’s a roomy property with plenty of space for up to four adults. Two bathrooms is really handy as was having parking which is a luxury in Betws-y-Coed. However, the access lane to the parking is narrow and is not helped by the fact that the property on the roadside has scaffolding to the side making the access rather tight at the moment (June 2026)

The shower in the double bedroom. The tray is too shallow. It fills up to the point of overflowing every 2 minutes, so you have to turn the shower off, let the tray drain, then repeat the process. There’s also no shelf which means that you have to put your shampoo & shower gel in the tray. The cubicle is very small and that makes bending down extremely awkward and somewhat dangerous. The cooker. The symbols for functions and temperatures have worn off. To use it we had to play guess, because the operating instructions do not include any details regarding the settings! There are a lot of chipped plates which is unhygienic! Bins. I’ve no issue with emptying them, but the receptacles down by the roadside were full the day we arrived! Making room to add more bins would resolve this issue.
