About this house rental
Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.
The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.
Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

This is a great house that is very close to town. It was ready for us a little earlier that our check in time because of the easy communication with the host. We appreciated this. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The four bedrooms were great for our group.

I must honestly say, this has been by far one ofthe best properties my family and I have ever stayed at. The communication was exceptional, the house had absolutely everything we needed and truly felt as our home away from home. We were there for my Son’s wedding and Maria & Buddy made sure this was one less thing for me to stress about. Thank you both!

Charming cottage in lakeside community close to village shops and restaurants and little more than half an hour to Syracuse airport. Plenty of space, well-appointed furnishings and common supplies provided. Thank you for accommodating our stay!
