A fantastic stay with stunning views, a peaceful location close to everything, Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The view is absolutely stunning, and it was lovely to be just a little outside the busy center of the resort while still being close to all the amenities. Géraldine and Marilyn were fantastic hosts—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Fabulous view, super apartment

Exceptional view from the balcony. Super clean and well equipped apartment. Easy walk from the funicular station. Loved the free bus for getting around the resort. Communal outdoor swimming pool free with the Explorer card was fantastic on a hot day.

Well, you know, Switzerland so pretty expensive to get around, shop, eat out etc.

Satisfied with our stay in a nice apartment with excellent views.

The apartment is very large with a lovely balcony which has great views, it was great for sitting out in the evenings and for breakfast. I contacted the hosts prior to arrival, as we were arriving by bus & couldn't check in until 4pm, they were helpful and let us leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived at midday. The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. We used the lovely swimming pool in the basement a few times.

We were supposed to have free passes on arrival so that we could use swimming pools, boats, mini golf, buses etc free of charge. However, we went to get them at the tourist office and were told that the owners should give them to us when we pay the tourist tax! We did get them eventually, but it was a little awkward. The windows in the main bedroom wouldn't stay open, they kept banging in the wind. The only mirrors in the apartment were in the bathroom, would have been useful to have one in the bedrroom too. No hand towels or tea towels were provided.

Clean, comfortable and friendly with a lovely view

Marilyn the property manager was extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and with lovely views from the balcony, especially with morning and evening light. Private parking included across the road which was very handy.

Teil-Zufrieden, wir bezahlen ja für den Aufenthalt und da kann man erwarten das alles gut organisiert ist!

Lage,Aussicht,einfaches Check-in und Check-out, Einrichtung

Gewisse Unaufmerksamkeiten: bei Ankunft im Appartement kein Müllsack und Geschirr-Tuch vorhanden, nach Intervention über die Verwaltung wurden uns diese nach 3 Stunden geliefert / beim Raclette Essen wollten wir natürlich einen guten Walliserwein trinken, leider kein Flaschenöffner vorhanden, 🥲haben halt Tee getrunken / das Besteck wie die Pfannen waren generell unsauber, alles in den Geschirrspüler gelegt zur Wäsche, Teller und Gläser okay / Sauna Betrieb von 16-21 Uhr ⏰ gemäss verschiedenen Merkblättern, war um 16 dort aber Sauna nicht in Betrieb, um 16:30 nach Rücksprache mit Concierge stellte sich heraus, dass die automatische Zeitumstellung, nicht angepasst wurde und deshalb die Sauna die Zeit von 17-22 Uhr hatte um einzuschalten . So konnte jetzt mit Tagen Verspätung die Zeit manuell angepasst werden und gegen 17 Uhr hatte die Sauna die richtige Temperatur!

Wir genossen einen schönen Kurzurlaub in Crans-Montana.

Es war schön, den Sonnenaufgang vom Sofa aus zu geniessen. Die Kinder erfreuten sich am Hallenbad und wir an der Sauna. Die spezielllen Sofas waren sehr bequemen. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie schön Platz. Und es war alles vorhanden, was wir so brauchten.

Das Gerüst ums Haus, wir waren aber vorgewarnt und somit ok. Und da wir tagsüber sowieso immer ausser Haus waren, störten wir uns auch nicht an den Arbeiten. Leider waren nur noch wenige Bahnen geöffnet, und das obwohl noch Herbstferienzeit in der Schweiz war. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.
