Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in der Finca. Alles war sehr sauber, es kommen auch alle Tage Putzfrauen, Gärtner vorbei und auch der Pool wird des öfteren gereinigt. Schade ist, dass man nachts die Bewässerungspumpe und Schwimmbadpumpe hört und die Finca direkt an einer Straße liegt, man hört doch immer wieder Autos fahren.Der Vermieter ließ sich nur am letzten Abend blicken um uns unfreundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir am Abreisetag um 10.00h das Haus verlassen müssten, obwohl mit seinem Sohn ausnahmsweise der Nachmittag vereinbart war. Der Vermieter wusste auch nichts von der Hygienecoronaregel, dass das Haus 1 Tag Urlauberfrei sein muss, lt. Fewocoronahygieneordnung, denn als wir um 10.00h die Finca verließen, kamen bereits um 12.00h die nächsten Urlauber. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Haus und die Lage trotzdem empfehlen. Es sind 2 gute Supermärkte in der Nähe, man kann nach Pollenca laufen(ca. 1.2km), tolle Buchten und schöne Stätdchen in der Nähe. Auch Pollenca Port ist sehr zum Empfehlen. Dort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We have had a wonderful time at the island. Location of the house is perfect for trips ( rental car is recommended though) Several good restaurants nearby ( placeta garden and La Brasseria we can recommend ) and Pollenca is a nice little town to stroll around. The mountains are breathtaking and very easy to access from the house. We have been in contact with one of the owners who was very friendly and willing to help. The house was cleaned once a week which was very comfortable and very friendly staff. The interior of the house is a bit dated/ dark but everything is clean and working so no complaints:).

La casa es genial. Tiene todas las comodidades. Ubicada muy cerca de Pollença, en la serra de Tramontana y con circuitos de senderismo cercanos. El espacio exterior es muy acogedor. La barbacoa de obra nos permitió disfrutar de largas comidas familiares al lado del jardín y la piscina, preciosa y muy limpia. El interior se ve nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Tiene todas las comodidades (electrodomésticos, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, ...). Las camas son muy cómodas. Los propietarios, Jordi y Aina (y su hijo Jordi) son muy amables y en todo momento nos atendieron y nos recomendaron tiendas, restaurantes cercanos. Supimos también que tienen el restaurante Coral (por cierto, estupendo) en el Port de Pollença. Casa ideal tanto para pasar unos días tranquilos y relajados en sus hamacas al lado de la piscona, como punto de partida para realizar excursiones, a pie o en coche.
