Incredible attention was put into the craftsmanship of this home! From beautiful cabinetry and decorative concrete countertops to the magnificent stone fireplace in the living room, you will find exquisite detail all throughout the house. The heated floors will make you feel pampered, especially during those chilly winter days. Add that to the unbeatable warmth of wood heat from the fireplace! The owners have put a lot of thought and time into insuring you feel comfortable and at home during your stay.
A brand new hot tub was added in late November 2024!
KITCHEN & DINING:
The high-end kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, dishes, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There is also a gas grill available for your use. There is seating for 8 around the dining room table & another 2 seats at the bar area in the kitchen. If you need extra seating for meals, there is folding table and 4 chairs that can be set up. If you'd prefer to enjoy the fresh air and tranquility while you dine, there is a table with seating for 6 outside.
LIVING ROOM:
After a fun day of playing at the lake or ski hill, enjoy unwinding in the living room to the warmth of the fireplace. There is a comfortable sectional with generous seating for you and your group to relax as you enjoy a movie together or to just sit and chat all evening. There is a smart TV that will allow you to sign in to any streaming services you may have.
FAMILY ROOM:
If you're up for some competition, make your way downstairs to the family room. There you will find a slate pool table & a professional dart board. There's also another smart TV with a couch and recliner seating in this room as well.
BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS, SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-A powder room is located on the main floor.
-The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main floor of the home. It has a private master bath with a shower & tub.
-Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the family room, there is a bunk bed with a twin bed over a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo downstairs.
-There is a queen bed and twin bed in the loft upstairs as well as a bathroom off of the sleeping area.
LAUNDRY:
Guests have access to a washer and dryer during their stay. It is located on the main floor of the home.
*PLEASE NOTE*
4WD or AWD is recommended in the winter. The main road leading to the house, as well as the driveway, are both uphill. While they are maintained, they can still be slick and tough to make it up in the winter without 4WD. Please make sure all of your group will have adequate transportation in the winter months. Slick roads can be an issue Oct-Apr at Georgetown Lake depending on the winter that year.
