This is the best of both worlds! Your lovely and quiet condo at The Dawn is on the Galveston Seawall, right in the midst of all the attractions and activities on the island. Conveniently located on the bottom floor and right across from the heated pool, the condo is a short walk from the beach, which is directly across the street from The Dawn.
Plus, you're a 10 minute drive or less from Moody Gardens, the Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and numerous restaurants and shops!

We enjoyed out stay. The unit was very clean, and it provided everything that we needed. The pool was just a few steps away. The pool was nicely maintained. The person in the office was very friendly. Our 4 other adult quests also enjoyed themselves.

Great experience!!! There were couple issues dues to the hurricane but the host corrected in record time. I want to thank the host again. Perfect home away from home. Beach right across the street and easy access to the pool. This is my 8th time staying in this complex and this one is at the top of the list.

It’s hard to beat a gated condo across the street from the beach, with a super Walmart within walking distance. We enjoyed the gulf, the pool, Jimmys Pier, Gaidos and Landry’s all a close drive.
Larry was an excellent host, because I never needed to contact him. Everything was easy-peasy.
