Excellent place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and felt like our home away from home! John & Karen were very responsive. We had cell phone navigation issues & John helped us get back on track to find the location. It is a central location and near all the things we did...shopping around the corner, Tohono Chul Botanical Gardens, Sabino Canyon, Sonoran Desert Museum, Pima Air & Space Museum, Kitt Peak Nightly Observation (highly recommend), Mt. Lemmon, Wildflower Restaurant, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. The pool was not heated when we were there in April, so the water temp was cold. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful Tucson weather at the pool. We loved the patio! Not only that, but we ate our breakfast outside every morning and relaxed with a glass of wine in the evening taking in the beautiful views. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Comfortable, clean, well appointed condo in a great location. It has a wonderful Tucson view from the patio and the host is is very easy to communicate with.

We had higher expectations and were disappointed. I should have asked or the owner should have disclosed, there were 19 stairs to the condo...a bit too many for us with luggage. The kitchen floors were gross (lightly rub a moist paper towel over the floor and it comes up BLACK) and there were toenail clippings on the secondary bathroom floor. We had 3 nights without dishwasher pods (M-W) and the TV channels in the living area were very limited during the entire stay, due to the need of a password reset. Despite 2 requests to get it working, the owner never came by to fix the TV nor would give us the password, but instead told us to just go watch TV in the Bedroom instead. Unacceptable and insulting as I paid for usage of the entire unit, not just the bedroom!!!! The kitchen supplies were minimal, no covers for the pans, overall limited and old cooking utensils (garage sale like items). The main overhead light in the kitchen didn't work (so it was dark) and the owner just said, 'it needs some parts'. There was NO recycling or ecofriendly attempt to separate reusable itmes. We left a day early rather than continue staying here due to the condition of the unit and the lack of responsiveness of the owners.
