This spacious 1,403 sq ft, two-story condo captures the essence of relaxed desert living, nestled in the sought-after Tierra Catalina community. Enjoy full access to resort-style amenities including a pool, fitness room, and tennis court.

Impeccably maintained property with all the necessities for short or longer stays. Lovely hilltop location so even in the worst of summer there was a breeze outside and an opportunity to enjoy the sunrises (sunset is obscured by the mountain range behind the house but still lovely). Didn’t use the common property pool but it’s available. There are carports for registered visitors so the exposed location doesn’t cause you to melt when you get in the car (summer visit). Very quiet location. Very convent to “La Encantada” shopping area and restaurants. Easy 10-15 minutes to the city on a pleasing scenic “byway” without much traffic.
