Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor, directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II. The view of the gulf in incredible! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo! Watch the boats go in and out of the harbor.
You can enjoy watching your children or grandchildren play in the Lazy river and the slide on the beautiful balcony in the comfortable outdoor furniture. The view of all the beach activities is spectacular. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The Livingroom furniture is all electric and reclines. With over 2,000 sq ft, the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo:
The unit has full-size appliances along with a wet bar. There is a 65” flat screen SMART TV in the living room and flat screen 55" SMART TV's in the Master, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms sleeping up to 12. The Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's and state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Had a wonderful time. Hosts were great and the facilities were awesome, especially if you have kids. The pool and lazy river. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

This room was great for our party of 12. We had 6 adults and 6 kids that were with us. We had some tv problems but Larry was quick to respond and very helpful. The blankets on the bed had a couple of weird stains and had to be washed upon arrival. Pots and pans and hairdryer are a little out dated but overall the condo was great. The complex itself had some out of the ordinary rules we haven’t experienced before when we’ve gone to the beach. 1. We are early risers and enjoy going out to the beach and to the gym. The gym doesn’t open until 7. The doors off the elevator that go directly out to the beach and to the pool were locked so we weren’t able to get out to the beach from the condo until 7.2. There was a storm and the complex had the doors locked as well and we weren’t even able to access the indoor pools during the storm.

We had 11 of us stay in this condo for a week (6 adults, 5 kids) in early June. The pool area was a huge hit for all. We loved the lazy river, slide, and zero entry pools. The room itself was great as well giving everyone a place to sleep. It was outfitted with enough dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment for my family. It was clean and tidy when we walked in and only had a few minor problems during our stay. Larry responded to all of my messages quickly and offered help when needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
