About this apartment rental
Nice fully renovated apartment of 50m2 in a small secure residence in a quiet area in Saint Rémy de Provence, in the immediate vicinity of the city center (10 minutes walk) and 300 m from the shops. On the first floor, you have direct access to a covered and equipped summer kitchen for your grills (tables, chairs, sink, barbecue)
To share with the residents, a relaxation area in the shade of 2 walnut trees with ping-pong table.
Located on the 1st floor, this comfortable apartment consists of a large, bright air-conditioned living room with a view of the Alpilles, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90x200. All the equipment and bedding are completely new, a sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
You will enjoy a beautiful view of a large secure swimming pool to share with holidaymakers and a garden located in a green and wooded setting.
Your parking space number 3 is private inside the residence and a closed room is at your disposal to store your bikes.
The equipment is composed of:
- a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an oven, an induction hob, a classic coffee maker, a dolce gusto coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer
- a hairdryer, reversible air conditioning, television, wifi internet access.
This bastide gives you less than an hour access to the main prestigious places in the south of France: Alpilles, Camargue, Luberon and major tourist sites such as
Arles, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Marseilles, Eygalières, Les Baux de Provence
A little paradise, ideal for basking in the shade or in the sun but also very well located to visit St Rémy and all the charming villages of the Alpilles.
The optional cleaning fee is 60 euros.
Rental to be booked 7 nights minimum during the short and long school holidays.
In high season (July and August) arrivals are not allowed on Sundays.
You can access the condominium using a digicode as soon as you arrive in case of our absence and a key box is installed in front of the door of the apartment numbered 3.

I was returning to St. Remy after many years and it was as wonderful as ever! The apartment was perfect for our needs all in a lovely bucolic environment with many amenities. The host was lovely and accessible. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return!!!

We had a four night stay in St Remy during the heat of summer and were very thankful for the lovely pool area. The property is on the edge of the commercial area, and very close to the supermarket. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. It was clean and tidy, however the master bedroom is very small with only a double bed (we had to put our suitcases in the living area) and has a very small window. In hindsight we would book a ground level apartment so we could open up the doors onto a patio.
St Remy is a great location and we enjoyed the local village area as well as surrounding towns, its an excellent base from which to explore Provence.

This apartment had everything we needed including a very gracious host. Marie did a wonderful job getting us aquainted with the apartment. So close to the centre yet tranquil. A very nice pool setting to relax after a day of sightseeing etc. Would stay here again.
