About this apartment rental
A 10-minute walk from the fine sandy beach of the Lido and facing the Etang de Thau and 100 meters from the Olympic swimming pool, the accommodation located in a luxury residence was completely redone in 2021, it has a large terrace equipped to take aperitifs and meals while admiring the sunsets over the oyster villages. It opens onto a large air-conditioned living room with dining area and desk (wifi in the accommodation), sofa bed into a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with bar, induction hob, multifunction pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.
The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the accommodation by a corridor and a door.
The bathroom has a large shower (the toilet is separate) and all the necessary comforts.
The two well-openwork bedrooms are equipped one with a 2-seater queen size bed (160x200), the other with 2 twin beds that can be joined.
In addition, a folding bed (180/80) is available. Night linen and towels are provided with a small supplement depending on the number of occupants
The whole is completed by a fully secure private parking in the basement, a motorcycle room, a lockable bicycle room and even a pretty garden shared by the tenants of the residence.
It should be noted that there is a railway line between the building and the pond, but the noise pollution caused by the trains is much lower than that of a road with cars and motorcycles and is very much attenuated by the double glazing

We had a great stay in Sete. The apartment is located very convenient. It is fully equipped and has everything needed. The welcome presents from Mirelle was very much appreciated. She is a very nice and attentive host and no wishes were left open in her place. When coming again to Sete, we definitely will book again.

This apartment met all our vacation expectations. It was comfortable, bright and well-equipped. We rented bicycles for a week, which we could store securely on the premises, and were able to explore the area for some distance. It was convenient to the beaches and bus to town centre/train station. Many thanks to our lovely host!
