An entrance hall with a separate WC and washing machine, which opens onto a fully equipped, built-in kitchen:
(ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven), which opens onto a living room with a sofa bed (160 cm) and a flat-screen TV.
There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a TV. There is also a 16 m² terrace facing west with uninterrupted views over the gardens.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
Optional services to be paid for on site:
- Rental of disposable sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases) from €15 per bed;
- Rental of a set of bath towels from €6 per pair.
Final cleaning costs from €60.
