Location
Some stains on couch and smell of cooked prawns when entering unit. Wind tunnel street.

The apartment was very good. There was very good views from the balcony and the furniture on the balcony and in the unit was very comfortable and the unit was very central with a lot of cafes and dining spots in walking distance. This made a big difference as we are both elderly and unable to walk very far.
The only thing we did not like was the very steep and twisty driveway to get to the parking spot in the garage which is on the very last floor.

Close to beach
Pool very small and no space around it

3 cups were chipped. Coffee machine directions were inadequate. Too much furniture cluttered up the main room for us as I had to negotiate around with a walker.
