All of the staff were extremely friendly, always around to help answer any questions we had. The facilities were amazing! Exceeded everything we were expecting. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spa.
The water dispenser on the fridge was very grimy, could use a good scrub and the filter said it also needed to be changed.

Perfect location and great facilities. Very helpful staff. Very close to a great variety of restaurants and cafes. We especially recommend Haig St Cafe for awesome food and great friendly staff. No need for a car as bus stops right there and for 50c you can ride as far north as Broadbeach or south to Tweed Heads. Being so close to the Gold Coast airport is also a bonus. Amazing to have a 25m pool at the facility.

The facilities
Just minor things but here my comments: Having salt and pepper in sachet, not a start pack with capsules Nespresso. (Only to be purchased at reception). No dishes rack to dry.
