The Space:
Our charming home is one side of a a new duplex build in one of Nashville’s fasting growing neighborhoods, Woodbine! With some of the best local coffee shops (Red Bicycle, Sam & Zoe’s, District, and Tempo - to name a few!) and restaurants , you’ll love the convenience to downtown, but the quiet of the neighborhood. The design of the home features shiplap walls, floral wallpaper, a bright, airy kitchen, and outdoor living space that looks out over tons of green grass and trees with a spacious backyard.

-One bedroom w/Queen bed with a full bathroom
-Open concept kitchen, 50inch TV, and dining room - dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen counter seating for 4.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish ware, drip coffee maker, Keurig Mini, and mini french press with some coffee beans and a grinder to get your started.

-Living room with a Queen size sleeper sofa.
-2 bedrooms - One with a King bed, the other with a Queen.
-2 bathrooms - One master suite with huge bathroom with double sinks en suite to the King bed bedroom, and another full bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom with the Queen bed.
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed with own login.
-Washer & Dryer available for guest use.
OUTDOORS
-Hot tub and fire pit.
-Grill w/propane tank.
-Fire Pit - will need to purchase your own wood.

The Neighborhood:
Woodbine is one of Nashville’s most quaint, hip neighborhoods! Old charm mixed with new construction and development makes for a neighborhood with eclectic personality. You’ll find some of the best ethnic restaurants in Woodbine as well (we love Gojo, La Hacienda, Ginger Thai, and Istanbul). You’ll also love some of the newer restaurants (Vui’s Kitchen, Hugh Baby’s, The Yellow Porch, and Sunflower Cafe). And if you’re looking for coffee and juice shops, this is the place to stay (Sam & Zoe’s, Falcon Coffee, Juice Bar, Red Bicycle, Flatrock, and District). It’s also a great spot for antique shopping (Gas Lamp & Gas Lamp Too) and furniture stores (Nadeau, Southeastern Salvage, and Meridian Home). If the night life is more your scene, you will love all of our local bars (Bastion, Flamingo, Hemingway’s, and more)!

Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville quickly. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can park only 2 cars in the driveway with NO street parking.

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Very convenient to have the 3 bathrooms. It was a cute townhouse. Backyard space was nice. Host was easy to communicate with and she checked in a couple times. Kitchen had plenty of dishes for if you wanted to cook and not go out.
There are 2 TV’s, but neither are in any of the bedrooms so if you want to relax while in bed that’s not possible. The house backs up to a railroad so that is pretty loud. You hear noises all night so keeping a window open is not possible if you are a light sleeper. Down side to me for this house was the location. The neighborhood is a bit on the run down side. There was street racing two of the nights which is not any fault on the host or the property just location of the property.
