About this resort
This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom lock off unit with 2 full bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It has a full kitchen and mini kitchen in the lock off unit.. There are two fireplaces and a spacious deck for private outdoor enjoyment.
The rental does not include use of the waterpark but access can be purchased per person from Westgate at the time of your stay.

Our stay was excellent! The view from the condo was spectacular. I was shocked to see that the 2 bedrooms were in separate units. This worked out perfectly for our family, my spouse and I plus our 3 kids, in the bigger unit and right next door my parents stayed. They get up earlier than my children and being in a separate unit allowed them to get up, do their morning routine without waking anyone else. The location is perfect being right between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It was nice having a shuttle bus to take you around the resort since parking is limited. We didn't try the trolly to go to Gatlinburg but maybe next time when the kids are older. There is so much to do at the resort. From daily activities for the kids, playground, waterpark, multiple pools, zip-line, restaurants and a grocery market. The only thing about the resort that I would improve is the kitchen supplies. I will make sure to come more prepared next time with a cookie sheet, tongs, measuring cups, salt and pepper. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked that if I needed anything that I could send a text to the help desk and they would put in our request/ answer my questions. We 110% plan to return!
