Rooms were lovely and large, there was a mistake, so we were given two rooms, both were excellent.
The girl was most helpful and very nice.
The man on reception was very cold, abrupt, and unfriendly, to the point of being very rude.
The evening menu was very small and simple but the main course was nice......however, it was slapped on the table by the unfriendly and rude male receptionist who shouldn't be in the hospitality business.
