Delightful place and wonderful staff

Great Location only 150m from Gondola Great room clean tidy, great shower and always hot water, ski room and boot heater in cellar too do just right at end of long day skiing. Great and large breakfast and restaurant too, plus delightful cakes and chocolates made on site. Definitely return for summer walking and skiing again too. Village offers other places to eat, supermarkets all within 10-15 minutes walk, plus petrol station. Staff were also really delightful helpful and did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience - true Austrian hospitality

The breakfast was good qualitiy

They didnt give the room in time. We had to wait for it 2 hours. The receptionist was full in bad mood,and she didnt told us anything about the hotel or about what time is the breakfast. The hotel is renovated, but you can see on everything that it is used several times. The food smell is really repulsive in the recepction and also in the corridor upstairs át the hotel room entrance. The dinner was like in a buffet on the mountain. The waiters alsó was full bored. We didnt like this hotel.

The room was spacious (we booked a standard double room) and clean. Staff were very friendly. We did not have time to have breakfast and the lady at the reception was very kind to offer us coffee take away and snacks of our own choice from the breakfast area. Very much appreciated.

The sitting area at the main restaurant could be a bit more spacious.
