Overall, the house was wonderful! Well stocked with household items, plenty of space, cute decor, good location, comfortable!
Only complaint is that only 1 out of 3 televisions were hooked up to cable. We called the realtor and 2 days later a person came out to the house. The man wasn’t able to figure out the issue.

Although the home was clean and we loved the outdoor area, we were disappointed in a few things that we were not expecting. My son loves to fish so wanted to bring his boat and after looking at several places before booking, i felt this one had the best parking option for this. The description of the property did not state that parking for boats was not available as this is a property for the deep creek lake area, i assumed that parking the boat there would not be an issue. After arriving we were informed that he would have to park the boat and trailer in an area 15-20 minutes away from the house. This was a hugh concern for my son and he was very uncomfortable with this. We were informed that this was somewhere in the rental agreement as a part of HOA agreement and it may have been but this was a specific area of concern when I was looking for a place to stay with my family so I would like to see it listed in the description so it is known before booking. The only other issue was the upstairs bathroom shower (the bathroom attached to the bedroom) the water was warm only . We were never able to get the shower hot so had to take our showers in the main floor bathroom that we intended for my son and DIL. We loved the firepit area and spent alot of time there.
