우선 조용한 주택가에 위치했다는 점. 가격이 저렴하고, 게스트하우스답게 공용주방과 인터넷이 잘된다는 점. 특별히 간섭이 없었다는 점도 좋았다. 남자 혼자 여행하기에는 아무런 무리가 없었다. 달랏대학교 인근이어서 조용한 숲길 산책에 도움이 됨.
한국사람이라면 누구나 아쉬운 청결문제. 청소는 해달라면 해주나, 4성급이상 호텔과 같은 청결함을 기대하면 안됨. 더불어 뜨거운 물이 나오는데 시간이 많이 걸리고, 수압이 약한점. 침대가 너무 말랑해서 허리가 조금 아픈건 개인적 취향이지만 단점. 베트남 건축의 문제이겠지만 방음은 역시 기대이하. 아무튼 한달이나 지냈기 때문에 가격때문에 모든걸 견딜 수 있었음.

- There are windowless rooms, so make sure to check the photos of your room thorougly.

- It wasn‘t dirty but also not very clean: some hair, some spots on the blankets and faucets, dirty bathroom door
- slight mold on the ceiling
- wilted flowers in the lobby
- payment only to Vietnamese bank account or cash
