Cleanliness
Old bed, carpets, tiles and furniture. There's only one remote for the gate, when people arrive late, they had to hoot and other people were disturbed.

Location suited me perfectly as we needed to be at Rob Ferreira school
Needed a toilet seat in our room. Soap was not provided and we had to ask for more toilet paper. Ants are a problem and bathroom basin was not clean as we booked in. Only one big towel was provided for 2 adults.
