Jade Mountain Cottage 玉山小屋

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Ingrid was very helpful.

Would have liked a slightly bigger table for eating from on the deck.

Rustic accommodation inside an estate. Safe and tranquil. Abundant wildlife and beautiful bird song. Spotless apartment. A lovely stay.

One of the doors leading to the main house didn’t have blinds which made it feel that it wasn’t private.

Lovely setting. The room was clean and neat. Nice decor and comfortable bed. The kitchen in the room was well stocked for self catering and braai. The views while cooking is fantastic. I think it is a great place to stay for tourists with their own car and who intend catering for themselfs.

I was mislead by the name. This is not a cottage, but rather a self catering bedroom with an on suite bathroom. Although it still was a nice stay. The privacy is lacking as it is attached to a house. But for those that dont mind it it is a really nice place to stay. The braai was not on the verandah but rather down the stairs next to it which is inconvenient. Perhaps they can move it ? Its a quite a trek to town which we did the one nightand the in and out thropugh security was problematic every time we left and entered.
