About this house rental
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom non-smoking townhome is situated directly on the beach on the coveted south side of Amelia Island. Your back yard is the dunes with unobstructed ocean views! Watch the sunrise and pods of dolphins pass by from either the beachfront deck directly outside the living room or get an even better vantage point from the second floor balcony.
Situated on a private street with private beach access right outside the back door, our townhome is the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with family and friends. You may never want to leave our little piece of paradise during your time there. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer in the home, wifi and cable tv, as well as books and games to enjoy during down time inside. The floors were recently redone, and we also recently updated the towels and linens and the master bedroom mattress, as well as putting in a new HVAC unit, a new oven & stove, and a new dishwasher. The bathrooms were renovated in January 2024. The entire inside of the home was repainted in September 2022 and interior closet doors were also updated at that time.
There is plenty to explore nearby. Our home is just minutes by bike or car to a fantastic grocery store and other shops and restaurants and a 15-minute drive to historic Fernandina Beach’s bustling Main Street full of shopping and dining. The home is steps from the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island and surrounded by a number of world-class golf courses. Nearby Fort Clinch State Park and Amelia Island State Park offer nature tours, kayaking, horseback riding on the beach, and more.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds (choice of a trundle bed or roll away; both provided with bedding). There is a second bathroom on this floor and plenty of closet space.
Travel size toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, fresh linens are also provided.

We just love the location, the amenities, the comfortableness of the home, the bedrooms, the cleanliness, the beach access, the thoughtful supply of household necessities, and the owner is wonderful to work with! Great location. Close to everything we did. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the property. The property had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t care for were there were stairs everywhere inside the property. We did enjoy our stay despite the stairs.

Our host was very responsive and prompt with replies. She was very helpful with questions I had about length of walk to the beach, etc. The property was as described. We felt safe and the area was lovely.
