We are just one block to the Magazine Street parade route, and a short walk to James Beard Award-winning restaurants, Whole Foods and the St. Charles Avenue streetcar. This historic four-bedroom home features 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and original hardwood floors, as well as a new, modern kitchen, smart TVs and high-speed internet access.
