About this house rental

This home is 3 levels with ample space for many guests. It is an open concept with a large table for gathering, meals and games. The deck area is very large with plenty of sunshine and mountain views. The sun room will likely be a favorite for coffee, happy hour or a children’s play room. There are mountain views from every window. The wood stove provides cozy fires. There is a second family room in the lower level for movie viewing, game playing and more. There are desk areas with monitors in the private bedrooms with high speed internet if you wish to work.

The home is a four minute walk to the free shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort allowing maximum flexibility for coming and going to the slopes.

Avoid the need for a rental car by accessing the house via train (3 min walk) and shuttle service from Denver International Airport.

In addition to downhill skiing, enjoy sleigh rides, cross country skiing, ice skating, tubing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Summer is just as fun filled with hiking, mountain biking, boating, kayaking and time at Rocky Mountain National Park. Hot Sulphur Springs Resort and Spa is awesome year round. Fraser River Trail is a favorite for hiking and biking.

We stayed for 7 days to ski and explore the area. There was a group of us and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. There were several living areas The layout allowed us to come together when we wanted and also have time apart when we needed. The location was also convenient to the slopes and easy to get in and out of. The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The only things that we noted that could improve was a bigger refrigerator. Since there were so many of us and we also wanted to save money, we cooked breakfast and supper almost every day. We had to go to the grocery store several times during our stay because we couldn’t get all of our groceries in the fridge at one time. The other thing was we had to buy TPaper because there was not enough to last the week. Again, very minor.The property was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Four of us spent two nights at Dave's home in Fraser enjoying a boy's golf weekend. We had a wonderful time playing three local courses in and around Granby. Dave's place was excellent; roomy, comfortable and clean. It was all we could ask for. A wonderful place to start our days at and then return to in the evening after golf to enjoy dinner on the lovely patio. Dave is a very good communicator promptly answering all of my inquiries and being so helpful. I'd highly recommend his place if your travels bring to the Fraser, CO area. His is a first-class home and you will be treated wonderfully! .

The clean, comfy, and convenient home was perfect for our family of 7… one set of grandparents, dad & mom, 3 kids (18, 12, 10) had plenty of space! Our 3 day stay included the High Country Rodeo, a white water rafting trip, a glorious day in the Rocky Mountain National Park and lots of family time. We made many 2023 memories!

Condo was great for 4 couples golfing together at Pole Creek. Great for adult groups. Each (4 of 5) bedroom has a bathroom. very clean well equiped The only thing is the train all night. Gotta love the amtrak! Also the neighborhood is quite a funky/hippy place. No lawnmowers allowed!!!:)

This property could not have been more perfect for our visit. We had a mix of adults, young adults, teens, and young children, and the layout was exactly what we needed for everyone to have the best space. (Loved the porch and sunroom, "apartment" on lower floor was perfect for sending little ones down to play.) Close walk to two (maybe even 3) Lift stops on two different lines and five minute-drive to Fraser Tubing (could see it from the back porch). Little street away from main thoroughfares and park across the street was perfect for the little kids. Mr. Celecki was very responsive, polite, and helpful, and house had plenty of amenities, down to the great selection of games and nightlights in the bathrooms; view was exceptional. We would highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again.

We rented the property to ski at Winter Park, CO The house was a short drive to the mountain as well as many restaurants, a grocery store, and anything else we could need. The house was clean and comfortable. Dave, the owner, was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. Everyone enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay in Fraser. We had plenty of room for 3 families and 4 kids, with lots of access to separate spaces to accommodate different bed times. The foosball table and sun room were favorites for our group. The kitchen was clean and well accommodated, and the beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning, but weren't bothersome enough to prevent us from coming back next year. Great access to the lift bus to take us over to WP. Lovely stay overall!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The host provided items in the home for both adults and children. It is a relaxing place to stay. The children enjoyed all the games and the great layout of the home. We would highly recommend staying here. Winter activities are close by. The family enjoyed snowshoeing and tubing. There are great restaurants nearby. Randi's in Winter Park has great food.

We had such a lovely time staying at Dave's place! He was very responsive and the house had everything we could think of and more! They had smart TVs and DVD players, DVDs, and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo/body wash, soap and everything else you need to enjoy a nice home in Fraser including a wood stove with wood! It was also spotlessly clean which is hard to do with a house that large! Everyone in my family commented on how nice the mattresses were too! Book this place, you won't regret it!

We loved that everyone had their own space. Plenty of room for kiddos to hang downstairs while adults sat in the sunroom and watched the sun set. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. They have tons of games for family time. I think there was a TV, but we were having so much fun, we never turned it on.

Well priced for the holiday season and well located across from a very nice park, which were the main reasons for picking this listing. Clean and an easy code to unlock. My only complaints would be there is a train that kept everyone up which was not disclosed in the ad. HOWEVER, ear plugs were provided. This did prevent us from sleeping. The only other minor negatives were uncomfortable seating/couches main level family room and the grill did not work. HOWEVER, there is an awesome griddle top on the stove.

This house was wonderful for our family. It has plenty of space for the kids and adults to spread out. All of the bedrooms were adequate sizes, and plenty of bathrooms mean you never have to wait. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely try to return to this house in the future if we come back to the Winter Park/ Fraser area.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was clean and well set up for our visit. As a bonus, the neighborhood park is across the street and even hosted a band one night. We were concerned about the proximity to the train tracks but the noise did not disturb us. Excellent experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! Such an awesome home if you have a lot of guests that need their own rooms and bathrooms! They had two tv room, all the amenities you could ask for, close proximity to a cool brewery and downtown eateries/bars. It’s a 40 minute drive from granby lake. Fraser is a neat little town in it’s own, so it was fun visiting another city other than granby. Would 10/10 stay again.
