La vue, la proximité du village et des remontés mécaniques. Le confort sur le papier ! Lave vaisselle, lave linge, parking
La gestion de l'eau qui est catastrophique ! et nuit à l'ensemble du confort pour les raisons suivantes : - Obliger de tirer 4 fois la chasse d'eau pour réussir l'évacuation. Au lieu de consommer 15 l d'eau, nous en consommions 30 à 40. Il vaut mieux une grande chasse que 3 à 4 petites ! - La lave vaisselle mal alimenter en eau qui fait qu'après avoir fait tourner le lave vaisselle nous étions obliger de relaver dans l'évier la vaisselle donc consommation d'eau deux fois supérieurs C'est soit de l'écologie dogmatique, soit de la radinerie. Les 2 sont souvent liés et le résultat est contraire au but recherché !
