L'emplacement (à 5 mn à pieds de l'ESF et des pistes, de la location du matériel de ski, des magasins...) La taille, très suffisante pour 4 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé. Le local à ski à l'entrée de la résidence. La place dans le parking souterrain (pratique pour charger / décharger la voiture). L'agence immobilière qui gère le contrat, la remise des clés, très sympa et efficace. La propreté de l'appartement, la bonne insonorisation et suffisamment d'ustensiles pour cuisiner.
La sous pente du salon et de l'une des 2 chambres à l'étage (mais ce n’est pas gênant pour 1 semaine de location). Il manque juste un appareil à raclette. La piscine un peu petite.
