Villa Flavia

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The villa was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The owner cleaned the swimming pool every day, and the garden was regularly cared for, with the grass mowed and the trees trimmed each week. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Whenever we needed anything, the owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Although the owners live on the property, we barely noticed their presence. They perfectly respected our privacy while always being available whenever assistance was needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

As another guest mentioned in a previous review, we only found out after arriving that we would not be the only occupants on the property, as the owners also live there. This was a bit surprising at first, and we believe it would be helpful to make this clearer in the listing. That said, throughout our stay we hardly noticed the hosts' presence at all. They were extremely respectful of our privacy and made every effort to ensure we felt comfortable and undisturbed. The only other small suggestion for improvement would be a sturdier parasol or a heavier base for the parasol by the pool. This would make it easier to enjoy the pool area comfortably even when there is bright sunshine and a light breeze.

Excellent facilities, really clean, lots of extras and brilliant hosts

Nothing!

Beautifully furnished apartment with spacious garden and exceptional pool area, well equipped outdoor kitchen, roof terrace with far reaching views over the ocean. Walking distance to a gorgeous long sandy beach and a couple of cafes and restaurants. Very welcoming hosts, happy to offer advice on places to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you Flavia & Sebastiano for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Absolutely nothing not to like but perhaps some additional drawer space in the bedrooms would be useful and a small fridge in the outdoor kitchen!
