Wij verbleven uiteindelijk niet in dit kamp, maar in nabijgelegen Valley Lodge. Er was iets mis gegaan met de boeking, waardoor we een gratis upgrade kregen naar Valley Lodge. Dit werd heel fijn van tevoren afgestemd. Ik kan dus niks zeggen over Matatane Camp zelf, maar Valley Lodge raad ik aan iedereen aan. Geweldige staff, heerlijk eten en fantastische faciliteiten. Het Babanango game reserve (waar Valley Lodge en Matatane Camp in liggen) is het mooiste game reserve waar we zijn geweest tijdens onze reis door ZA. Het heeft een Leeuwenkoningachtige setting en we hebben er fantastische dingen gezien, waaronder cheeta's en leeuwen. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier naartoe te gaan!
