30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We've vacationed in Cypress Dunes for over 10 years. Our family has grown (new grandbaby) and therefore our need for a larger home has as well. We so enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again for next year. We do wish there had been a bit of a better effort to get us checked in earlier. That is always a nice allowance that keeps us renting the same spaces year after year. The gate code was incorrect and it took management another 30 min. to respond, we ended up looking up old gate codes from previous Cypress Dunes stays and were able to find one that still worked. The house actually sleeps more than advertised. Families should know. There are 4 bedrooms with three sleeping 2 persons each and a bunk room that is a triple bunk bed. That adds 3 more persons. Then there is a pull out sofa that "could" sleep 2 people. So. The home can sleep 11 very easily and comfortably. That is wonderful news, specially for us as our family grows. Thank you again for an incredible stay. The home is lovely.
*housekeeping note: the washer needs to be cleaned and drained, there is a stuffy stale water smell and I know it's the front loader because mine did the same...a good cleaning and good drain of ALL water will remedy that!

We loved everything about the house, neighborhood and location! The bikes were so fun too! The house was very nice the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the front porch was full of pollen including the cushions. Just might be something to think about cleaning in the spring. Thanks!

This home was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to a state park with lots of biking trails and beach access. The main pool area and fitness center were great and you could easily walk there using a boardwalk walkway that connected the Phase 1 and Phase 2 neighborhoods. Bikes came included with the property and we used them regularly. We rented a golf cart but used it less than the bikes. In retrospect a car rental would have been better (30A was a busy road with fast moving traffic in the area where the house was located so we didn’t feel comfortable taking the golf cart out for long trips; we used Uber and Lyft to get around but sometimes it was hard to find drivers and we had to wait quite a bit). The house was beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our party of 8. There was plenty of room to spread out. Having 4 full baths was also great! No cocktail shaker so bring your own if you are so inclined! Also no beach towels provided so we had to had to bring or buy our own. That, along with the spotty (at best) internet and Dish TV service were the only two critiques we had of the property. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend.

Nice house. Enjoyed the golf cart. Great location. Previous smokers made it smell terrible. Obviously not the owners or the property management folks.
