Beautifully located and a good price. Our room and en-suite was lovely, and had everything we needed, although the entrance, staircase and overall ambience of the building is still a 'work in progress'.
Arrival/reception could be more welcoming. It isn't clear where to check-in. I rang a bell and the man who came down seemed a bit surprised to see us and slightly chilly. I'd booked 11.5 months ahead of time and there was no communication / confirmation as the date approached, so I was already worried they might forget my booking. He took my name quite coldly, but when he recognised the name & realised we had a booking, he was a lot friendlier. A couple of days later, a family came to check in and had even worse problems: this time, the person checking in (a different man) refused three times even to come to the door! Entrance/reception really needs improving, both the building aspects and especially the human aspects.
