The house was nice location was great but the ants swarmed the restroom and the room next to it we couldn't use that restroom and my kids had to sleep on the couches they were afraid of the ants and woke up with several ant bites we took the time to go out and buy raid to kill the ants but more and more came all weekend long. The home 99 degrees when we arrived we had a hard time falling asleep the first night, the house could have been cleaned a bit better spider webs in the master bedroom and clean cups had lipstick on them all of this could have been prevented of someone inspected the house in-between renters I'm sure after this the owner will have these problems taken care of the owner decided to refunded me $125 without me asking for refund I do appreciate that I did not ask for it just being able to leave my review so others can have this knowledge before picking a home is good enough for me remember there are several other homes around the same price in the area take your time and read reviews
