Gorgeous ground floor unit. (Stairs down into unit.)Ideal location, on the
first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course. Close to hotel, restaurants, and the
beach. Completely upgraded, newly painted, with new contemporary furniture.
A/C in the living room and bedroom .Flat-screen TV in both living room and
bedroom. This unit has a spacious feel to it with a large kitchen island and
fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. Upgraded bathroom with shower only.
Beautiful, modern, well appointed kitchen. This is a one bedroom one bathroom
unit, all linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball,
basketball and Tennis courts.
Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of
world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully
manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a
great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle
and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to
a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We
have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ
grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos
in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Kuilima Estates. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the beach, pool, nature trails and restaurants. The rental company was easy to work with and very friendly. This was our first visit to Oahu and we didn’t want to go home at the end of our visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall our stay at this property was ok. Nice location walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and to Lei Leis restaurant. The unit had nice updates and were what we expected based on the pictures.
Here’s what went wrong:
- Upon arriving, the oven was blowing hot air. We called for help and no one ever came to fix it. It happened again that night.
- cable tv didn’t work in either room
- No hot water in bathrooms on second day
- AC unit was very loud, and we wished there was a central unit since the kitchen and dining areas got a lot of sun.
- sink plug in bathroom was broken so consistently backed up unless you manually pulled the plug up.
For the price, not sure we would stay here again.
