Escape to this fun and contemporary family-friendly paradise located just a few blocks from the beach! Inside this sparkling, two-story home, you'll find a ground-floor great room complete with a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous countertops and a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for four - perfect for meals or family game nights, and an inviting and sunlit living area with a comfortable sofa, cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and immediate access out to the patio and pool. Outside, fire up the gas grill for family cookouts and dine al fresco on the covered patio, play some Ping-Pong, or slip into your private pool for a refreshing swim. If you need to catch up on some work or do a little remote schooling, you'll find a convenient desk and chair at the top of the stairs. All four bedrooms are also on the second-floor of this home including a main bedroom with en suite bath and three guest rooms, all with plush, queen-size beds.

Hit the nearby beach where you can spot passing cruise ships or catch the occasional rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Cocoa Beach is over a mile down the road with numerous restaurants and attractions as well as businesses where you can rent scooters, jet skis, and kayaks, or be entertained on the Cocoa Beach Pier. And for the kids (or the kids at heart), hop on the Beachline Expressway for just 60 miles towards Orlando and find yourself at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World.

The home is BEAUTIFUL and the short walk to the beach was awesome. That being said, the home amenities need some work unfortunately. We stayed for 10 days so we had a chance to fully live in the home. The outdoor grill is not usable as the burners have rusted through and were not falling apart. The heater in the pool does not work as well. When we reached out to the company about the heater they informed us that we needed to request the heater for an additional fee 48 hours in advance but that was not listed anywhere on the home listing?? The ice maker outside does not work either. We had a great time none the less but you can definitely tell the owner rarely stays in the home. It needs some fixing up and it would be perfect!

House was beautiful, neighborhood/neighbors were great, close to beach and plenty to do. Only negative was the pool was freezing and we were told that was done because previous renters abused the heater. This house is perfect during warm months, but if you are looking during colder months and was a usable pool keep looking. The ocean was much warmer! Pool was pretty to look at but we could not use it because it was so cold! Very disappointing as that was one of the deciding factors when searching for a rental.
