"Beautiful newly renovated ranch home with lots of extras, located in Wilmington, Ohio. Close to WEC (2.8 Miles). This two bedroom home sleeps four. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, Smart TV's with Spectrum cable in Living Room and both bedrooms. Wifi available. Washer and dryer. Patio table and 4 chairs with a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs. For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely. We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Farmhouse, and the Equestrian), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay.
