Pros: located in Bonnet Shores, with access to Kelly Beach; last house on a dead-end street with lots of room to park cars; fabulous deck with party lights; open concept living/kitchen area good for larger group gatherings (we were 8 adults); good Wi-Fi; plenty of hot water for showers; very responsive owner/property manager.Cons: house is on one of the farthest streets in Bonnet Shores from Kelly Beach (we knew this when we rented); the kitchen needs additional silverware, pans and towels (there was plenty of glassware); basement rooms could use more comfortable beds.Overall, this was a good property for our time at the beach. With the upcoming TLC that the owners have planned, I have no doubt it will be a wonderful property for families or groups in the future.

This home is in a great location with close access to Bonnet Shores private beach. It’s also close to the town of Narragansett with many shops and restaurants, and a short drive to Newport. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We had a wonderful family vacation.

House is good for family with children or adults. Access to Kelly Beach requires flexibility of transport if you want cooler and chairs, etc. We used vehicle to drop off gear, then bikes to get back to beach and to get vehicle later. Drop off area is tight. Bike ride requires some skill for younger kids. There is a portapottie at drop off. Beach is nice for kids. House has good set up for some privacy between split levels. Two full bathrooms between bedrooms. Showers and beds were good. Need to make beds yourself. Kitchen was fine. Washer/dryer good. Moderate room to spread out inside. Good TV. Good access to markets, restaurants. Good fire pit and large backyard. Area was quiet. No beach passes to Narragansett Beach. Very expensive; $12 per person plus parking. Suzanne was good property manager.
