We found 7 cockroaches in the apartment.

The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process quite easy.

We found 7 cockroaches in the apartment. The kitchen was missing the kitchen hood. We stayed 3 people but the apartment had only 2 hand towels. There was water formed on the lower side of the windows from the inside (but perhaps this was due to the very low temperature outside). The apartment keys don't fit the lock of the door, so we used only the PIN provided by the host to enter the apartment (the keys were useless).

Comfortable stay in the center of Karlsruhe

The flat we stayed in as a family is in a neat and central location, in the third floor of a secure apartment block. The flat is quite small but has everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, desk, strong wifi etc.). It is comfortable, clean and quiet. The host, Janik, answers all of your questions and takes your demands into consideration . The washing and drying machines at the entrance of the apartment were very useful for us. Finding parking in front of the building or on the surrounding streets was not difficult. I would recommend it to anyone and choose to stay here again.

This wasn’t really a problem but the room seems to be in a giant student housing complex, was a bit strange at first to get used to but if you know beforehand it’s fine.

- The shower was nice - Parking garage was last minute available - It was very clean

- No closing door for the bathroom, little privacy - 1,5 pax bed was very small for 2, it was too soft and unstable, so very shaky when another turns - (Almost every?) 15 minutes the churchbell makes a lot of noise nearby. - Payment for parking garage was €9.90 for 1 night

The apt was very comfortable with work space, and eating space convenient to kitchen area. view of terrace with church spires was njce from top floor. kitchen had everything needed, including coffee machine for cups. shopping convenient.

Laundry in ground floor. facilities statement suggested washer and dryer in room. booking.com could provide a translate option for property instructions. i had to go to google translate to understand door codes. that said, hosts were very responsive.

Very nice

Very clean apartment with a beautiful bathroom. The small kitchen is very handy (we made dinner once). The area is peaceful, so no loud noises at night. We watched a bit of netflix in the evening

It was pretty warm during our stay. Luckily there is a fan to give some relief :)

Dreckig und unangenehmer Geruch

Unangenehmer Geruch in allen Zimmer und auch auf den Gängen. Das wundert mich aber auch nicht wenn man die Sauberkeit anschaut. So viel Dreck unterm Bett habe ich in einer Unterkunft noch nie gesehen. Zudem gab es keine Anweisung wie man ins Zimmer kommt und erreichbar war natürlich auch niemand. Erst über das Sicherheitspersonal konnte der Vermieter kontaktiert werden. Schiebetür zum Bad war auch defekt.
