The apartment is close to the beach.
I didn't like the fact that the air conditioning didn't work and the owner refused to resolve the situation, claiming it had just been repaired. Furthermore, the apartment was dirty: dust, cobwebs, uncleaned windows, a rusty clothes rack, the front door is hard to close.
